Micah M. White

Micah M. White is a freelance writer and independent activist. Micah’s writings have appeared frequently in Adbusters Magazine and his activist efforts have been featured in the AP, the Chronicle for Higher Education, the New York Times and Teen People magazine.

Micah graduated from Swarthmore College in 2005 with a BA in Philosophy and minors in Interpretation Theory and Film and Media Studies. At Swarthmore, Micah co-founded Why War?, one of the nation’s first antiwar student organizations after 9/11.

He is currently pursuing a PhD in Media and Communications from the European Graduate School where he has had seminars with Judith Butler, Avital Ronell, Giorgio Agamben, Slavoj Zizek and Alain Badiou.

Micah M. White lives in Binghamton, NY with his wife.
